Telecom Policy Review Panel on Neutrality
The Panel’s report is out and the early comment is in - less CRTC and more open market. Mark Evans’ report is here, and Catherine McLean is here. On neutrality, the Panel has recommended a statutory right of access, but apparently no assurances against tiering. Michael Geist and CIPPIC have more details. More after I digest the report.
