Cory and the EFF are suggesting that developments earlier this week at the Senate Commerce Committee Hearings may have finally injected some sense into their deliberations over broadcast flag and audio flag legislation. This is one to watch. Senator John Sununu’s comments on the broadcast flag in particular are heartening.
