No More Law Review for Lessig
Larry Lessig has resolved to never again contribute to any publication that does not grant rights at least as open as a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License. This on the heels of seeing the agreement that the Minnesota Law Review requires for publication.
Of course, he probably has the market power to do it. But still, it’s a nervy move and another positive sign about our changing times. And of course, another demonstration of the power of content.
