California Bill Would Jail P2P Developers
The California legislature has had a bill tabled before it that would jail p2p software developers if they don’t use "reasonable care" to prevent the use of their software to swap copyrighted media.
Presumably this has no legs, but it is another indication of the turning of the tide ….
