One has to wonder, as the final tally on the U.S. Senate looks to be close to the 1 seat majority the Democrats need to take both branches of Congress, what’s next for Joe Lieberman. Abandoned by the Democrats, he’s hung on to his seat in the face of a fierce challenge from Ned Lamont, but as an independent. He says he’ll caucus with the Democrats. At what price?
