Cool video, it’s missing that charming rogers chime though.
I prefer socialnomics http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFZ0z5Fm-Ng mostly because it was produced by someone who does not overcharge me for my iPhone.
Rogers should include some some of their own info into this video; like average wait time to get customer service on the phone, and annual profit (last year it was $3.06 billion), since these stats are also staggering.

Agreed. Some info on the shameful comparisons between Rogers’ international data roaming costs and the cost of buying that data abroad would be a nice start.
