Blogging to Resume Soon?

09-28-09 · 5 comments

I’ve been mustering myself to resume blogging soon, but before I do I’m curious about whether anyone (left) following this blog has any thoughts about what I ought to be writing about. I have my own ideas, of course, but this blog has traversed a wide variety of content – what works, and what doesn’t?

If you have any constructive observations, I’m all ears – please post a comment or email me at rob at robhyndman.com.

It’s not the specific topical content that I like from you. Rather, I like where you cast your observational and insightful gaze. For me, following someone’s blog is about trusting that person’s judgement as to what is worth paying attention to. So as long as your mind is intrigued by the variety of things, and in the variety of ways, you have been in the past, I’m interested.

Many thanks for the comment, Mark – much appreciated.

Agree, I enjoy your posts on legal issues, but your opinion on all sorts of things is usually interesting. I don’t have to have 100% interesting posts though, skipping things that are regional etc is not the end of the world. :)

And it’s probably a lot easier than your 5-10 in a row twitter comments, hehe.

new reader here and I would just like to say that you should always write about your passion. it inspires the greatest writing a person is capable of. forget the readers and what they want. write what you’re thinking and you’ll find readers.
