As Baird continues to try to trick Canadians into believing he actually wants constructive change on the environment file, his latest effort at electioneering sleight-of-hand - an agreement with the Atlantic Provinces to ‘co-operate’ on environmental issues - provokes a hilarious reaction from boots on the ground. It’s called a sound-bite - and someone’s been getting media training.
