“Customers stunned by massive phone bills”
In a ‘gotcha’ economy stories about people who’ve been sucker-punched by the small print - in this case by claims of unlimited internet access on their mobile devices - are painfully common. There are laws restricting the use of terms like “diet” and “low-fat” and so forth - maybe we need to wall off the term “unlimited” too. And when all else fails, there is social media justice. Update: How could I have forgotten - Alec Saunders on fun and games (not for the customer) in wireless data pricing.
