In a ‘gotcha’ economy stories about people who’ve been sucker-punched by the small print – in this case by claims of unlimited internet access on their mobile devices – are painfully common. There are laws restricting the use of terms like “diet” and “low-fat” and so forth – maybe we need to wall off the term “unlimited” too. And when all else fails, there is social media justice.
