“CAIP, Canada’s largest ISP association, has filed a Part VII application with the CRTC asking it to direct Bell Canada to cease and desist from throttling its wholesale Internet service.”

Exciting news eh? Can’t wait to see what comes of it. Also in what appears to be very bad timing on Bell’s part, a number of people within the Bell Carrier Services Group (CSG), including the head of the group, we’re dismissed from duty yesterday.
