Primus’ Telemarketing Guard simply works.
We signed up to their residential phone service a few weeks ago, primarily for the monthly savings. However, we had a very pleasant surprise with their no-extra-charge automatic call filter. Our nuisance calls have dropped from multiple per day to essentially zero. (Believe me, I know. I work from home.) I have not learned of any falsely denied calls yet. Bells’ automated you-closed-your-account-but-you-still-owe-us-money call came through about a week later, so I added them to the spam list ;).
What a relief! I did nothing to set it up. It simply works. We own our phone again!
Norm.
P.S. I have no association with Primus. I’m just a so-far-satisfied new customer.
Oh that’s funny. So did I! We love it. Same experience as you, Norman - zero calls now. I’m a *big* fan.
