Yahoo!’s expected response can’t be taken as anything more than tin-cup begging for more, to my mind. Great entertainment, maybe. But to me this feels like a dog-at-the-dinner-table moment – you know, when everyone in a room knows what’s going on except for one person. The reaction I’d like to see from MSFT? Reduce the offer. And give YHOO 72 hours before the offer is reduced again. Just kidding. Sort of.
