For the life of me I can't recall a single person ever making that argumnent. The only way what Baskin says can be true is if we count every act of downloading music without paying for it as an "argument" in favour of giving things away. Baskin's blowing smoke here, in an effort to draw attanetion away from those pwople who want balanced copyright laws.
