“Free Online Malware Scanner”
For the second time in as many months, Safari has been hijacked by a process that has minimized the main window and presented a fake dialog box inviting me to choose to visit a site to get a free “malware scanner”. The first hijack occurred when I clicked an innocent link at The Huffington Post, and today while enroute to the The Hollywood Reporter from a link at Techmeme. Anyone had this happen to them?
