British News Sites Get a Third of Their Traffic from the US
PaidContent has an interesting (if you’re a Canadian content provider) bit on the U.K. experience: “Some 36 percent of traffic to U.K. news sites comes from the U.S.”. The story would have been improved with a discussion of how interested their advertisers are in that traffic and what strategies they’re using to maximize revenue earned off of visitors from across the pond.
