The gem in the bunch: “In 2006, Jacob Frenkel, a former enforcement lawyer with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, was asked to talk about the differences between how the U.S. and Canada were cracking down on corporate crime. He said, “one does and the other doesn’t.”"
