		<description>The terrorists have won - and I am not using that cliche gratuitously. Those who would seek to completely disrupt the (North) American way of life through fomenting fear and paranoia throughout the populace have proof of their success in this incident. 

What the aftermath demonstrates is a truth that has existed since ancient times - it is a crime to reveal the foolishness of the emperor, even one that is (nominally) democratically elected. Unfortunately for the two arrested, their defence is likely an appeal to First Amendment rights, that have long ago been rendered null and voice in the Excited States of America.</description>

I can perhaps understand some initial trepidation on the part of the authorities until they looked at one - but arresting and charging the guys that did it!!??
