I’ve been tagged several times on this meme so it’s time to get to it:

• In my first career I was a saucier, and I worked in several high-end restaurants on the Left Coast, including Thomas Keller’s French Laundry.
• My saucy career was cut short after a car accident that left my legs badly injured; I had to have my knees removed, and after that was unable to bend down to grab my sauce pans.
• My favourite number is Pi, and my life’s work has been to memorize it to 10 digits.
• I’m a Druid, though after reading Richard Dawkins’ The God Delusion I’m thinking of giving it up.
• When it comes to telling stories about myself, I’m an inveterate liar.
