		<description>[...] It&#8217;s a &#8220;challenge&#8221;, I suppose, or perhaps an &#8220;opportunity&#8221;, but it&#8217;s apparently not a &#8220;disaster&#8221;, at least not according to Tony Blair. And just in case you weren&#8217;t listening, he can&#8217;t have meant that it is a disaster, because he &#8220;does not use the word disaster&#8221;. Oh, and they didn&#8217;t say this. And he didn&#8217;t say that. Everything&#8217;s fine, except to the extent that it isn&#8217;t.
