Iraq and the Blame Game
Thanks to David Corn for making the (admittedly obvious, but how difficult it still is - even now - to find people who will on this issue publicly state even the obvious) point that it is more or less profoundly nauseating (editorial license greedily taken) to see the now seemingly endless parade of those who originally supported the war in Iraq now blame the Bush administration for mismanaging it. Because of course, it was always a good idea, though it took a while to settle on a justification upon which they all could agree, and they shouldn’t be held to account for helping to sway a nation’s opinion in favour of, well, of a good thing gone bad.
