I’m pretty sure that Mike Arrington had the first news of the Reddit – Conde Nast deal. I’ve now lost track of how many M&A deals he’s broken, and I actually can’t remember a time when any one publication had so many exclusives on breaking M&A news in a sector. Is there really any surprise that he’s starting to see more drivebys?
