RIM Option Grant Inquiries
The WSJ is reporting that “the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission made an “informal inquiry” requesting documents and information related to the company’s stock-option grants and practices.” This development follows news from RIM in September that “it would book charges against past results as a result of recently discovered accounting problems surrounding stock options.”
