Every article I've read has mentioned Keyworth's leaks. However, Keyworth didn't violate any law, and his leaks benefitted HP in providing positive insight to reporters.

I am not trying to justify a deed that may have been illegal. But in all this nobody seems to be talking about Mr. Keyworth's lack of judgement. It is like a thief stealing and getting away on some technicality.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that people with such phenomenal lack of judgment can't own up to their mistakes, admit responsibility directly, and resign. I have been saying from the start that Dunn will have to resign her directorship, and that many board members will likely also have to resign. Where is Bill Hewlett!?
