The HP Saga: Ms. Dunn Goes to Washington
The U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee has asked Patricia Dunn to testify at a hearing on September 28th. The invitation has also been extended to Baskins, Sonsini and DeLia.
On a related note:
Law-enforcement officials have identified Mr. DeLia and his firm, Security Outsourcing Solutions Inc. of Needham, Mass., as having worked on the H-P leak probe. Mr. DeLia was involved in the 2006 probe in which numerous people were pretexted, say people familiar with H-P’s probe. California Attorney General Bill Lockyer said earlier that he’s working with Massachusetts authorities to file a warrant to search Mr. DeLia’s company.
