I'm sure that this is purely coincidence, and not a sign of a broadband market lacking in proper competition though . I have some hope that the 22Mbps down ADSL2 network that <a href="http://www.corporate-ir.net/ireye/ir_site.zhtml?ticker=PRTL&script=410&layout=9&item_id=871464">Primus announced</a> recently might shake things up a little. Funny, I got a letter from Bell a couple of days ago sayign that the cost of my High Speed DSL service is going up, by $2/month in this case. I’m sure that this is purely coincidence, and not a sign of a broadband market lacking in proper competition though .

I have some hope that the 22Mbps down ADSL2 network that Primus announced recently might shake things up a little.
