AOL and CBS
It occurs to me, as I think more about my post of earlier today, that AOL and CBS are in very similar situations. Each faces the difficult task of weaning itself off a still-lucrative model that is trending downward and needs to be fundamentally rethought if the underlying business is to remain viable. Same old, same old, but seeing them both sorting through this on the front pages within the same week is rather striking.
