Trains, Planes and Wireless
Only days after the news that Boeing is thinking of pulling the plug on Connexion, its inflight wifi service, comes much news of wifi on trains: Japan’s bullet trains by 2009, trials for California commuter trains, and Virgin Rail in the U.K. I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out Stuart’s recent gloating while watching Slingbox on the Toronto to Ottawa train.
