Managing the Risks of Employee Litigation


Over to Mike Fitzgibbon, who is starting a series of blog posts on this topic with a great post on hiring. I’ll add one more suggestion: try to have two of your people present in any interview (the better to present a more authoritative version of the facts if there is a dispute later about what happened).
