Where the 1st amendment still prevails, journalist will be safe. As for the besmugment of the title of 'professional' with regards to investigative journalism, that is entirely due to the so called professional journalist lack of professionalism in the performance of his responsibility to the fourth estate, and their inability to maintain the trust of their readership with regards to real investigation.
