My New Disclaimer?

I’m so impressed with the artistry of this disclaimer that I may just have to find a way to work it into the technology contracts I draft.

    A great disclaimer!!

I took your post as a challenge, and amended it to be suitable for technology contracts.

    Congratulations… you got (indirectly) Slashdotted!

That’ll explain the slow connection :)

In my opinion this document is far bigger than the landscape of the internet and should be retrofitted to replace the ten comandments and bible.
It’s fascinating the impact of the language here, “Even if you know what you’re doing, lots of things can go wrong and you may be injured or die. It happens all the time.” I’m going to try and work it into a short story.

What if you were Moses and went to the top of Mount Sinai and found this?
