		<description>I agree that multitasking is frankly essential in our modern world. 

As a doctor who deals with ADD/ADHD, I feel that most of the 'behavioral' strategies that we use to help with productivity can be helpful for most of us (even if we don't have ADD/ADHD), because we are so bombarded with stimuli.</description>
