Class Action Antitrust Suit Against Major Record Labels

A class action antitrust lawsuit has been filed in California against the major record labels, alleging federal and state antitrust violations in the online music space. This in the wake of investigations by Eliot Spitzer and the Justice Department. Cathy Kirkman has details.
