The Problem of Product Complexity
I’ve blogged [Ed: ranted?] this topic here many times (see here, here and here, for example), so it’s satisfying to see some research (thin though it may be) supporting the idea that complex product design hinders adoption. I’ll say it again: there is an enormous market opportunity for someone determined to make it simple.
