Motion Denied for Incomprehensibility

Several law blogs are reporting today on an order of a bankruptcy judge in Texas, who denied a motion because the moving party’s materials were “incomprehensible”. Even worse, the Court’s order quoted from the Adam Sandler movie “Billy Madison” to single out the absence from the party’s materials of any rational thought. Good grief.
