is the name of a post over at “The Only Republican in San Francisco” – easily the best headline writer in the debate over tiered internet services. I’m not as quick to dismiss the disincentive effect of AOL’s email ‘tax’ on keeping spam filters honest, but this is a very smart post from the contra-view.
