		<description>if this story ever comes true, i'd be extremel surprised. i mean, who's going to invest hundreds of millions of dollar to create a new carrier in a market dominated by three well-financed companies? if there's going to be more wireless competition, it won't be another wireless carrier but MVNOs that will piggy-back on an established carrier's network. this story is rooted in idle speculation, not fact.</description>
