The Pro Forma Mistake
Daniel Taylor has a long post today titled “RIM: The Pro Forma Mistake” that takes a 50,000 foot view of the RIM-NTP litigation. I don’t agree with everything in it, but it is one of the most lucid and thoughtful pieces I’ve seen on the customer implications of the litigation.
