Conventional wisdom is that it is generally acceptable to post group photos, as long as the individuals are not specifically identified.  For example, a sports teams might post a group photo, and even perhaps list the players, but would not specifically identify the individuals in the photo.  

So do we now photoshop a fake nose and glasses on all those pictures??</description>
