Paul Hellyers speech in 2005 (thats how i clicked your link), being a Canadian Tech Lawyer, can't you argue the case for declassifying potentially dangerous weapons or technology that could be used in mitigating the effects of global warming? alternative energy suppression etc? I am interested in hearing your opinion on these matters.
