Hi Ralph,

I don't know anything about the litigation. I haven't followed UBS since the late 90's when I was an investor for a short while. So, while you might think knowing nothing never stopped a lawyer from speaking up (!), I'm in no position to comment.

Cheers,
Rob

Rob,
In April 2004, Unique Broadband Systems launched a lawsuit concerning 36 MHz of Inukshuk's spectrum in the 2.5 MHz band. The Statement of Claim can be found at http://www.uniquebroadband.com/investors.htm under "Statement of Claim against Allstream, Microcell and Inukshuk".
Following a number of reorganizations, the owners of the spectrum now appear to be Bell and Rogers, and it seems they will be using it in their recently announced Canada wide broadband network.
Can you give your opinion on the merits of the lawsuit, and what effect, if any, it may have on the Bell-Rogers venture?
Thanks,
Ralph
