In Every Town, A Mardi Gras?
My wife had this idea: in every town, a Mardi Gras this spring, to celebrate the eventual reconstruction and restoration of New Orleans, and to raise funds to aid in that effort. In every town – from the smallest, to New York, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles – perhaps even across North America and further afield – a Mardi Gras.
An organizing committee could be established online, with a Wiki to help people learn how to organize and to help in the coordination.
