There have been some terrific web services launched recently that target the small business. My favourites so far are Basecamp (web-based project management), Blinksale (invoicing) and Strongspace (secure file archiving).

What’s particularly compelling about these offerings is that they target the great unwashed - the multitude of small businesses that are willing to pay a reasonable price for good services done well. Michael Pollock at Small Business Branding has more on why this is such a great idea.
