Managing Your Board of Directors
There have been some unusually good blog posts lately about the relationship with the Board of Directors. First, Allen Morgan writes on 10 rules for managing the Board. The post is aimed at CEO’s and is a helpful guide to making the relationship more effective.
Next, Jeff Nolan reconsiders Allen’s post from the perspective of the venture investor, instead of the CEO. The point of view is of the investor who sits on the board as member or as observer. Again, interesting observations about how to make the role more effective.
