Matt Ingram writes in the Globe on some experiences with the conversion to VoIP, including some suggestions that Bell is gaming people who are calling in to get tech support on how to make the change. To my mind, the last point is the main reason we need CRTC scrutiny of VoIP, and the bright lights of the media trained on the transition.
