George’s Employment Blawg has an interesting post on how to create an employee handbook, and some useful observations on whether you ought to.  Keeping in mind that his blawg is written for a US audience, and US employment law does differ from the law of Ontario (most notably perhaps, Ontario does not have employment at will), it is an interesting resource.
