The Canadian Private Copying Collective is going to the Supreme Court to appeal the recent decision of the Federal Court of Appeal concluding that the levy set by the Canadian Copyright Board on the internal
memory of digital audio recorders is invalid. The CPCC is a collective of content developers such as authors, artists, music publishers, composers, and record
companies.
